How PitCanvas intends to handle account, creative, generation, and download data.

Data we use

PitCanvas expects to process account details, subscription state, project settings, private prompts, uploaded references, generated assets, iRacing customer IDs, download records, and operational security events.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and should not be stored by PitCanvas.

Private creative data

Projects, prompts, reference uploads, raw generation outputs, and final paints remain private unless the owner explicitly publishes a Gallery post.

Publishing a paint does not publish the full original prompt by default.

Retention and control

Production policy will define retention periods, signed-link expiry, abandoned-upload cleanup, export history, account deletion, legal holds, and support contact procedures.
